Booking terms supplied for the Godwit Holidays website project.
When finalising your booking, Godwit Holidays will arrange for you to enter into a contract with the third-party supplier(s) of your travel arrangements, such as a tour operator, airline, cruise operator, accommodation provider, car hire provider or transfer provider, as specified on your booking confirmation.
Your contract comes into existence once the booking confirmation is issued. Bookings are subject to the booking conditions and to the relevant third-party suppliers’ own terms and conditions. Where a supplier term conflicts with these booking conditions, the supplier term will take precedence unless it is invalid or unenforceable under English law.
Where two or more travel services are combined and sold for the same trip or holiday in the circumstances described by the supplied booking terms, the arrangement may comprise a “Package” and Godwit Holidays will take responsibility as an organiser under the Package Travel Regulations where applicable.
You may cancel your booking at any time. The supplied project terms state that cancellation requests must be made in writing by email and take effect when received. Suppliers may charge cancellation fees, which can be as much as 100% of the total price depending on the timing and nature of the booking.
Travel-related problems should be reported to the relevant principal, supplier or local agent as soon as possible so they have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Godwit Holidays can assist customers with the complaints process.
